Background

Glory Career Training Centre ကို ၂၀၀၄ ၾသဂုတ္လမွာ စတင္တည္ေထာင္ဖြင့္လွစ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ စတင္ဖြင့္လွစ္စဥ္ က အသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေက်ာင္းအတတ္ပညာ (၆) မ်ိဳးျဖင့္သာ စတင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ၂၀၀၅ ခုႏွစ္ ဇြန္လတြင္ City & Guilds of London Institute (UK) ႏွင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ၿပီး Diploma in Electrical Installation ႏွင့္ Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning သင္တန္း (၂) မ်ိဳးကို ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ပထမဦးဆံုး စတင္ဖြင့္လွစ္ေသာ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းျဖစ္လာခဲ့ပါသည္။ တျဖည္းျဖည္းႏွင့္ သင္တန္းမ်ားကို တိုးခ်ဲ႕ဖြင့္လွစ္လာခဲ့ရာ ယခုအခါ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာဒီပလိုမာသင္တန္း (၁၆)မ်ိဳး၊ အသက္ေမြး ၀မ္းေက်ာင္း အတတ္ပညာ (၁၅)မ်ိဳးႏွင့္ အဂၤလိပ္စာသင္တန္း (၁၅)မ်ိဳး၊ စုစုေပါင္း သင္တန္းအမ်ိဳး အစားေပါင္း (၄၆) မ်ိဳးခန္႔အထိ ဖြင့္လွစ္လာႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ထိုကဲ့သို႔သင္တန္းအမ်ိဳးေပါင္း(၄၆) မ်ိဳးခန္႔ကို ေအာင္ေအာင္ျမင္ျမင္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ႏိုင္ေစရန္၊ အခ်ိန္ပိုင္း၊ အခ်ိန္ျပည့္၀န္ထမ္းေပါင္း (၃၀)ေက်ာ္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ေနပါသည္။ ၂၀၁၀ ခုႏွစ္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလအထိ သင္တန္းသားေပါင္း (၉၈၀၀)ေက်ာ္ကို ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားခဲ့ၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

GLORY Career Training Centre was first established in August, 2004. We started with six professional / vocational courses. However, in June 2005, we became the first training centre to conduct two diploma course- Diploma in Electrical Installation and Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning through affiliation with City & Guilds of London Institute (UK). By gradual extension, we are now offering (46) different courses –(16) diploma course on engineering ; (15) professional / vocational courses; and (15) courses on Computer and English combined. We have employed over (30) partimers and fulltimers to enable the courses to achieve success. As of December 2010, more than 9,800 have been trained.

''လူငယ္မ်ားအား ခိုင္မာေသာအနာဂတ္တစ္ခုကို ပိုင္ဆိုင္ႏိုင္ေစဖို႔အတြက္ ဘ၀အာမခံခ်က္ရိွေသာ အသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေက်ာင္း အတတ္ပညာမ်ား၊ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာအတတ္ပညာမ်ား ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားေပးရန္ႏွင့္ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈေကာင္းေသာ၊ အမ်ားအားကိုး ယံုၾကည္ထိုက္ေသာ အတတ္ပညာ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းတစ္ခုျဖစ္လာေစရန္'' တို႔ျဖစ္သည္။

One mission of GLORY is “ To impart professional / vocational disciplines and engineering subjects to youth in order that they can procure a secure that will guarantee their livelihood as well as to turn the training centre into one worthy of trust and rending the most excellent service.”

GLORY မွေပးေသာ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားမွာ - (၁)အင္ဂ်င္နီယာႏွင့္အသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေက်ာင္းအတတ္ပညာမ်ား၊     ကြန္ပ်ဴတာႏွင့္ အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာစကားတို႔ကို ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကား      ေပးျခင္း။ (၂)ကုမၸဏီိႏွင့္အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားအတြက္လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္အတိုင္း      အဖြဲ႔လိုက္ေလ့က်င့္ သင္ၾကားေပးျခင္း။ (၃)လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား၊ ေအဂ်င္စီမ်ား၏ လိုအပ္ခ်က္အတိုင္းအလုပ္     သမားတြင္အရည္အခ်င္းျပည့္မွီျခင္း ရိွ/မရွိကို စစ္ေဆးေပးျခင္း။ (၄) အတတ္ပညာပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ စာေပမ်ားေရးသားထုတ္ေ၀ျခင္း။ (၅) ျပင္ပအဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ား၊ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားအတြက္ Project အခ်ိဳ႕ကို       လက္ခံေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္း။

GLORY is providing the following service;
(1) Conducting training courses on engineering, professional / vocational education, computer and English Language;
(2) Offering tailor-made training packages to companies and organization;
(3) Conducting qualifying examinations as required by the employers and employment agencies;
(4) Publishing of technical literature; and
(5) Offering to implement the projects of external organizations and companies.
