GLORY Career Training Centre was founded in August 2004.The Centre started with six professional/ vocational courses, after the gradual expansion and it is now conducting over 30 courses. In June 2005, GLORY Career Training Centre began affiliation with City & Guilds of London Institute (UK), and is conducting engineering diploma courses as an approved training centre of UK (Centre No. 826801).
By signing an MOU with Okayama Institute of Science and Technology, Japan in April 2014, the very first diploma course for automobile technology in Myanmar was introduced. GLORY Career Training Centre linked with the National Skill Standards Authority (NSSA) in October 2016, and becomes an authorized test centre for proficiency of automotive mechanic.
Over 25,000 trainees have completed their courses from the Glory until now, and more than 400 are attending the courses conducted by over 30 well experienced trainers. Moreover, the Glory is also providing the demand-based trainings for the staff of Petronas Oil & Gas, Total E & P Myanmar, and Myanmar Brewery. To be able to offer higher quality education services, Glory Career Training Centre has affiliated with international organizations, and registered as GLORY Education Services Co.,Ltd. in November 2018.

City & Guilds (UK) is presenting the Medal of Excellence award to those who get top scores in its exams across the world. The four trainees of GLORY Career Centre have won this award. It could also generate the very first award-winner in Medal of Excellence for level 5 in Myanmar. Moreover, the City & Guilds have certified the Center as the High Standard of Teaching and Training School. Mg Arr Man Htut, a trainee of GLORY Career Centre, won the first award in automotive mechanic subject in the state-level Myanmar Skills Competition organized by the National Skill Standards Authority (NSSA). He could represent for Myanmar in the Asian Skills Competition 2018 held in Thailand.
